If you have additional questions, view our FAQ section, or look here for help making your event a success.
Hold a Stand at Your School: An Alex's Lemonade Stand "classic" fundraiser for students of all ages. When it comes to holding fundraising lemonade stands, we wrote the book! In fact, we have so much to say about hosting your own lemonade stand, we have created a section just for learning how to hold a lemonade stand. Learn more about Lemonade Stands now.
Participate in the Change Childhood Cancer program: Students learn that through small actions they can make a big difference as they collect change in cups to raise money for cancer research. See more information about how all students from K-16 can get involved in this program here.
Plan a Walk-A-Thon: Get your school moving for a good cause! Students get pledges and walk laps around your school, track, or in your community. A great way to raise funds and awareness for childhood cancer while promoting physical fitness. Learn more about Walk-a-thons now
Penny Wars: A Penny War is a fundraising game held over an extended period of time between schools or grade levels. A fun and exciting way to engage students in raising money for a great cause. Learn more about Penny Wars now.
Alex’s Lemonade Stand Club: Start an Alex’s Lemonade Stand Club at your school. You can create fundraisers like bake sales, lemonade stands, and coin drives. This is a great way to bring a service club dedicated to helping kids with cancer to your school
Anything–a-thon: You can turn just about any activity into a fundraising event. Whether it is a dance, bowling, wii, walking or playing basketball. Just pick an activity, sign up participants, and ask them to get pledges for participating.
Boo-tastic Lemonade Stand: Everyone likes a good reason to dress-up in costume, so why not get dressed up for a good cause? Get in the spirit of Halloween by hosting a Boo-tastic Lemonade Stand Fundraising event in your neighborhood, school, or business. A Boo-tastic Lemonade Stand should be 1 part creative and 2 parts fun! Learn more about holding a Boo-tastic lemonade stand!
Deck-the-Halls: In lemons, of course! Have students sell paper lemons to their family and neighbors for donations. They can explain that by donating for a lemon, they are helping your school fill the halls with a visual display of the fight against childhood cancer. Donors get to put their name on a lemon and it gets added to the wall. Fill a whole hallway in your school and reward the school with something fun. Download the Deck-the-halls paper lemon cut-out here! Additional details coming soon!
