Couch to 5K Program

Have you thought about joining Team Lemon but the idea of running a half or full marathon is just too daunting? Maybe you used to do triathlons or marathons and want to get back into the swing of things. Or maybe you are a seasoned endurance athlete who has been trying to get some friends, colleagues or family members involved in your sport but they just don’t know where to start.

Team Lemon’s Couch to 5K program is a great way to get started (or restarted)!

Couch to 5KJust pick a 5K that you would like to run 8 weeks beyond your training start date. Find a 5K near you! Then, register yourself for that 5K directly. After you register for the race, click here to join Team Lemon. There is no fee or fundraising minimum required to join Team Lemon for a 5K of your choice.

Why register with Team Lemon’s Couch to 5K program? Perks include:

  • A special Team Lemon Couch to 5K 8-week training plan designed by Team Lemon’s race coach, Coach Mary.
  • Fundraising assistance from one of our fundraising coaches
  • A Team Lemon yellow technical race tee.
