How do I access my fundraising page after I've created a fundraising page or event?

How do I add donations I receive offline to my total?

Visit http://www.alexslemonade.org/my-stand and click on "View Fundraising Page." Then click on the "Manage Offline Donations" tab under your fundraising page title. The foundation does not update your offline total automatically. You need to be logged in to the site to access this feature.

I'm having trouble getting my password to reset.

I'm having trouble uploading photos to an album I've created.

Try reducing the size of the image and/or be sure the file name contains only numbers, letters, spaces and underscores.

Someone made a donation to my page, but I don't see it on the donor list.

It's possible that the person navigated away from your page and donated through the general form; unfortunately this will not show up on your donor list. However, you may add the donation to your "offline totals."

What’s the difference between an event and a fundraising page?

When you register an event through our website, you also receive a fundraising page that you can customize. This is a page where you can place an overview of your efforts in the battle against childhood cancer.  The fundraising page displays all events you have registered, along with journal entries and photo albums. It’s your central place to share information and receive donations.
