Tynsley Gordy

Tynsley was diagnosed with Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) at only 11 months old on April 20, 2010. Tynsley began her treatment the next day. She was considered high risk being an infant. She was hospitalized for 38 days to receive chemotherapy. After those 38 days, we found out that Tynsley was in REMISSION. We were able to go home, but then still traveled to Atlanta, GA for treatment once a week. After six months she is now in the maintenance stage and receives oral chemotherapy every night and injected chemotherapy every 4 weeks until July 2012. She is truly our HERO!
