Welcome to Kids Helping Kids Fight Cancer, Fundraising Website. This is our first annual Lemonade Stand, held for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation. If you have not seen a video about this foundation and our personal hero, Alex Scott, we strongly advise you to do so. 263,000 new children are affected by cancer every year. The thought of any innocent child and their families having to cope with this sort of torment and heart ache is dreadful. Together we can make a difference. We believe in never giving up on hope, especially for the sake of these brave children. We also understand the importance in being compassionate and giving back. We realize that not only is this charity event to raise money for an exceptional cause, but in addition, it allows the opportunity to build a valuable lesson of character within our youth. We urge you to accompany us, as we raise money in hopes, and a goal, that NO child will ever have to fight this battle. Sunday, August 17, 2014, 11:00 a.m-8:30 p.m, Bruce Trent Park, 1400 N. Rampart Blvd. There will be small carnival games, prizes, an inflatable slide, face painting, crafts, fun games, raffles, hot dogs, popcorn, baked treats and of course Lemonade! We look forward to seeing you there.
