When
Abigail Seligsohn, ALSF’s graphic designer and member of our Dino-sours team, was inspired to get involved in Alex’s Million Mile because of her brother Zack. Zack was diagnosed with medulloblastoma in 1988 at the age of 10. He died in September 1998 from the side effects of his treatment. Zack and Abigail are pictured at below.
Zack was a rambunctious kid, always getting into mischief. A “typical 80’s kid,” he played video games and skateboarded. He championed recycling in his elementary school. In high school he studied creative writing and was even published. He was a great older brother and a good friend, and he is missed.
