The last day, and we did amazing! This whole weekend has been full of many memories, stress, fun, and much more, and it was so wonderful! Our amazing family, friends, and many random strangers have done so much to help us in our mission to raise money for childhood cancer!

Today we raised $465.00 making us, once again, go over our goal. Our total amount of money raised up to $1565.00 all to go to finding a cure!

All we can thank for that is our of our donars who came out for a simple glass of lemonade, and made the biggest difference in our world! Thank you so much for everything you have done! Next, of course, we have to thank all of our friends and family that came to help us sell and prepare! They put up with a lot of our bossing around, and much more! Thank you so much volenteers! Last, but certanily not least, we would have to thank our moms and the others who donated tons of supplies to have us sell. They bought us at least $500 worth of supplies, and asked nothing in return. Thank you too much to them!

We've also had tons of support from our City, Clarksville! Thank you so much Leaf Chronicle, and Clarksville Online!

All in all, we have had a better then amazing weekend! It just goes to show, teenage girls can do a lot more then all the high school drama. We hope that we could have inspired and helped others this weekend- just like Alex has done all over the world. Every kid with cancer at lest deserves a little prayer!

Day Two of the lemonade stand was just as great! Today we raised our total to $1,100! Tons of people came out to support us by donating great amounts of money, that we are so thankful for!

Today was very similar to yesterday, and we had bunches of fun! Plus, more people came thanks to seeing us in the newspaper, so thank you so much to the Leaf Chronicle!

Once again, we over took our goal and have now had to raise it but $500! So, our new goal is now $1500! So tomorrow we need to make 400 dollars to reach our goal, please come out to support us!

Also, we got an article on Clarksville Online, which is mostly a copy of our website, but amazing! Thanks so much, Clarksville, for your support for childhood cancer!

what you guys are doing is so amazing!

Today was a great day! We had our first stand from 12:00 - 3:30, expecting to raise about $100 dollars or so, but were completely shocked at the ending result of $650.00! We had many great donations from family, friends, and random strangers; thank you all so much! & also thank you to those that gave the small ones too, every bit makes a difference! It was an amazing feeling to have to change our goal from $300 to $1000!

We also had a GREAT time out there. Music, fun, games, dancing, and lemonade has never been better! It was also amazing to see old friends, youth leaders, family, and others out to support us on our way to a cure! So we are hoping to see you there with us Saturday and Sunday, either for two minutes or two hours! We'd love to have you!

Another part of our day that will make the biggest difference in the long run was The Leaf Chronicle coming out to Interview and Photograph the stand! We will be in the Saturday morning paper and on the website! So thank you so much for coming out LC!

Altogether it was a productive and amazing day! Hope to have more like it!

Friday the 11th at 12:00 during the lemonade stand The Leaf Chronicle will be coming out to interview and take pictures of the lemonade stand. We will be in the newspaper and maybe on the news Saturday! Come out and support us friday!

Alexandra Scott was diagnosed with neuroblastoma, a type of childhood cancer, shortly after her first birthday. In the year 2000, the day after her fourth birthday, Alex received a stem cell transplant and informed her mother, “When I get out of the hospital I want to have a lemonade stand.” She said she wanted to give the money to the doctors to allow them to “help other kids, like they helped me.” Later that year she held true to her word, and raised $2,000 for the hospital, while battling her own cancer. She then continued to host a lemonade stand every year in her own front yard to benefit childhood cancer research. At the age of eight, Alex passed away, knowing she rose over $1 million to help find a cure for the disease that took her life.
