Team Haas is walking again in the Second Annual Lemon Run on November 14, 2010!! We will be "virtual" walkers, meaning we will be walking the same day (November 14, 2010) as the official race in Fairmount Park, Philadelphia, but we will be walking as a family in our hometown. We have also enlisted Abby and Emily's grandmother to join Team Haas this year. Go Martha!
A few years ago, Abby and Emily held a lemonade stand and raised over $200 for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation. They were so excited to be helping kids like Alex and raising money for childhood cancer. Alex's story is so inspirational and touching that we decided to join the First Annual Lemon Run in 2009 to raise more money for this charity. Team Haas raised $575 in 2009 and we are hoping to raise as much or more this year! Please help support this cause by donating to Team Haas or by forming your own team.
