5 Year old P.J. Bartos is hosting an Alex's Lemonade Stand in Peoria, AZ
Please Join Us for Alex's Lemonade Stand!
For the past two years P.J. has begged us to hold a lemonade stand to help "the sick kids on TV." Ever so often he pulls out the cooler and loads it with cups, napkins and pitchers from the pantry and pretends to serve lemonade for "those kids." After purchasing a bottle of Alex's Lemonade on vacation we knew it was a sign to finally give in to P.J.'s request and organize a stand.
On February 16th (President’s Day) from 11am to 12:30pm, 5 year old P.J. and his 4 year old sister Gracie will host an Alex's Lemonade Stand on our front porch to help the Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation provide funding to programs to cure childhood cancers.
You can learn all about P.J.’s efforts by visiting his Fundraiser Page:

The money raised will go directly to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer, a 501(c)3 public charity, to fund childhood cancer research projects across the country. The mission of Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation is to raise funds and awareness of childhood cancer causes, primarily to support research into new cures and treatments; to encourage and educate others, especially children, to raise money for childhood cancer by holding their own lemonade stands; and to expedite the process of finding new cures and bringing them to children with cancer now.
Please help support P.J.’s efforts and this critically important cause by joining us for Alex’s Lemonade Stand on February 16th. For driving directions, email donnabartos@purpleribboncouncil.org.
