Career Institute of Technology Alex's Lemonade Stand
The Career Institute of Technology will be participating in the "Alex's Virtual Lemonade Stand" beginning on March 23, 2009 and continuing through April 3, 2009. We will hold a video conference and students and staff will participate in the following activities to raise money for the Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation.

March 25 Yellow Ribbon Day
March 26 LIVESTRONG bracelets, donate a $1.00, receive a ticket to win Alex's book.
March 27 Meet Alex Day - Video premiere from jay and Liz Scott on Alex's Vision
March 30 Yellow Sock Day
March 31 PM Assembly with Jay Scott, Alex's Father. Dress head to toe in yellow
April 1 Meet the Lemon Mascot and AM Assembly
April 2 Balloon Day - donate a $1.00, receive a ticket to win Alex's book
April 3 Video Conference and raffle off "Alex's Amazing Lemonade Stand" book
Day 3: Yellow Ribbon dayToday was yellow ribbon day at c.i.t. and all of our students are getting involved by wearing them proudly. We have made $230.50 in lemonade sales and donations today!
We are almost half way to our goal and hopefully exceed it!!
Day 4: Live Strong Bracelet DayWe have made $183.61 in lemonade sales and donations!
Today our school celebrated yellow braclet day. We have also reached our halfway point!
We are almost up to $1000 dollars. The lemonade stand is doing really well! We will keep up our work and make that $1000 Goal.
Day 5: Meet alex day through videoToday we have made $78 in lemonade sales and donations!
We have watched a video about alex and got to meet virtual alex.
Monday is yellow sock day and we will keep on selling lemonade!
