Alyssa's Lemonade for Rori

MAKING LEMONADE OUT OF LEMONS!!! Hello, The reason I decided to do a lemonade stand for cancer reseach is because I know how it feels to be a sibling of someone with cancer, and I can imagine how hard it is on them. But also because even a few bucks makes a difference in this situation and helping out means the world to Rori (even though she probably wouldn't be able to tell you that unless thats what dadadadada means). So anyway, please come even it is only to see Rori but also remember I want lots of traffic and lots of customers too.

We were a little slow getting things done this year . . . but just mailed the check for the stand proceeds totaling $469.79! Together with this year's online donations, Alyssa's 2nd annual "Lemonade for Rori" raked in $559.79 to help fund important research into curing childhood cancers.

Thanks to the Station Grill and Russ' Restaurant on Henry Street for placing money collection jars on their registers. I think Alyssa counted up $30 from those, which is great! Read more »
