This is our second year for our stand. We held our first last year and more than doubled our goal of $500.00. Our entire family was involved in organizing and working the stand. We were located at the field on the Northwest corner of Milliken Elementary School in Milliken, Colorado. We hope to be at the same location this year because of the awsome amount of traffic there. Those who stopped were amazingly generous, some sharing stories of how cancer has affected their lives, and others just donating because "it is the right thing to do". We received help in the form of gift cards to purchase lemonade,cups,goodies, cups, etc. Also Data Pure Company made a donation to purchase supplies to hold the stand as well as a donation to ALSF. We were hugely blessed last year and hope for this year to be successful too. Come by and see us, donate and enjoy the day knowing you are helping to 'fight childhood cancer one cup at a time'.
