William Ottenbacher, an 8-year-old Aberdeen boy, will operate a lemonade stand Saturday and Sunday to raise money for childhood cancer.

The lemonade stand will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Moccasin Creek Softball Complex.

The stand is in conjunction with Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. That national fundraising movement is named in honor of  Alexandra “Alex” Scott, a Connecticut girl who died in 2004 at age 8.
