K-Pasta is holding a fundraiser to help Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation move one step closer to finding a cure for all children with cancer. The community is welcome to attend the event or just make a donation. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, K-Pasta will be holding a lemonade stand with 100 percent of the proceeds going to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. Pins for $1 will also be available. The money donated will pay for research to better find treatments and cures for childhood cancer. K-Pasta is located at 775 13th Street.
