Love barbecue?
Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom will host two barbecue-themed events in June. A portion of ticket sales from each event will benefit Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer.
The park is located at 3830 Dorney Park Road in South Whitehall Township.
BBQ & Brew Fest
2-7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
A ticket to BBQ & Brew Fest gets you 10 five-ounce samples of craft brews, a souvenir mug and two food tickets for a barbecue entree. The event is only open to those 21-years-old and older, according to dorneypark.com.
Cost before tax: Online - $59.99 (includes park admission); at the gate - $64 (includes park admission); season pass holders - $29.99 (online or at the gate; admission to park required). $1 from each ticket goes to Alex's Lemonade Stand.
