Two Falmouth families are hosting a lemonade stand tomorrow as a fundraiser for Alex’s Lemonade, a nonprofit to benefit efforts to eradicate childhood cancer.
The Cassano and McNeill families will host an Alex’s Lemonade Stand on Saturday, June 13, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., 25 Ocean Avenue, East Falmouth.
Less than a month ago, their son, grandson, and nephew Max was diagnosed with leukemia. When Max began his treatment, he became known to the family as IronMax. IronMax is fighting an epic battle against his arch nemesis, Sneaky Leu.
