At Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation we’ve decided to put our own “twist” on National Volunteer Week! We’re calling it National “Virtual” Volunteer Week and would like to encourage you to volunteer your time -- virtually.
 
What does this mean?

You don’t have to leave your computer chair to make a difference in the lives of those affected by childhood cancer.  See below for a few ways to get involved.

Facebook:

Do you love Facebook?  Great, we do too!  Here are some simple ways to spread the word right on Facebook:

• Post a Facebook status linking to our Facebook Page at http://www.facebook.com/AlexsLemonade. Encourage your friends to “Like” us too so we can spread even more awareness.
• Become a member of our Cause at http://www.causes.com/ALSF  and then recruit your Facebook friends to become members, too.
• If you have a birthday coming up, create a Causes Birthday Wish!   Encourage your family and friends to donate in honor of your birthday.  http://www.wishes.causes.com
