Think fresh, soft pretzels found while shopping and you're bound to think of Auntie Anne's, a fixture in US malls and in transit centers around the country.
We recently caught up with the company's newly appointed president, Heather Neary, at the chain's Macy's Herald Square location where Neary - decked out in the company's branded polo shirt and slacks - gave pretzel-making lessons to visiting press at the Auntie Anne's store inside.
