Bidding is Now Open for the Great Chefs Event Auction

Behind-the-scenes industry tours, dinners with award-winning chefs, concert tickets and more

Philadelphia, PA (June 1, 2016) – Each year, the Great Chefs Event auction features amazing behind-the-scenes industry tours and dinners with award-winning chefs – and this year is no different. We’re accepting bids now through Tuesday, June 14, the night of the Great Chefs Event. All auction items, with the exception of the live auction items, are available online at https://qtego.net/qlink/greatchefsevent2016.

Items will be added daily, so be sure to check back between now and the event. Proceeds from the auction benefit Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation and Vetri Community Partnership. You do not need to be present at the event to bid on or win Great Chefs Event silent auction items.

• A private pizza dinner for up to eight people with wine at the award-winning Pizzeria Beddia in Philadelphia
• Opportunity to tag along with The Philadelphia Inquirer’s restaurant critic, Craig Laban, on a review meal
• Private distillery tour and tasting for four at Dad’s Hat Pennsylvania Whiskey in Bristol, PA
• Citizens Bank Park concert ticket series featuring Billy Joel, Paul McCartney and Bruce Springsteen this summer
• Beverage class with the head bartender and cocktail curator at Vernick Food & Drink.

• Dinner with Mario Batali for eight in the private dining room at Vetri Ristorante. Guests will enjoy Mario’s selection of vintage Barolo wines and white truffles from his personal stash.
