Tickets on sale at www.enriqueiglesias.com Monday, November 3

(November 3, 2014) – Pre-sale tickets for the second North American leg of Enrique’s worldwide tour are on sale Monday, November 3 through Thursday, November 6.  Fans that register HERE will gain access to the exclusive tickets and promotion.  In partnership with the innovative ticketing company CrowdSurge, the Grammy Award winner and global icon is using this opportunity to raise funds and awareness for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF), a non-profit organization created by childhood cancer fighter Alexandra “Alex” Scott (1996-2004), who set out to help fund better treatments and cures through her front yard lemonade stand.  After hearing Alex’s inspiring story and how she challenged the world to support her mission, Enrique personally selected ALSF as the charitable beneficiary for this leg of the tour.

"This is such a special and important cause," says Enrique Iglesias. "I was floored when I heard about everything Alex did and the courage she showed. Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation is not only furthering research, but they're providing crucial 'quality of life' programs for families surviving the disease. This is the best way I can honor her memory."

A portion of proceeds from all pre-sale tickets available on www.enriqueiglesias.com through November 6 will be donated to support the ongoing philanthropic work of Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. By showing their support of ALSF, fans can also win the chance to meet Enrique at the show of their choice during the tour.  Additionally, Enrique has donated tickets at every tour stop to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, so that they may invite families that are affected by childhood cancer to the shows as his guests.

“We could not be happier to have international superstar Enrique Iglesias join us in the fight against childhood cancer,” said Liz Scott, Alex’s mom and Co-Executive Director of the Foundation. “We know that his support will introduce our daughter Alex’s mission to his large fan-base, providing them with the opportunity to get involved and take tangible steps to achieving her dream – a cure for all kids with cancer.”

In mid-November, Iglesias will launch an extensive social media campaign that will encourage fans to join him in support of this worthy foundation.

“During the pre-sale we will donate $2 from every ticket sold to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, but that’s only the beginning! Later in November, we will announce other ways I’ll be working with my fans to raise funds and awareness in support of this incredible organization,” says Enrique. “Together, we can carry on Alex’s legacy, and hopefully bring us one step closer to eradicating childhood cancer, one cup of lemonade at a time.”

The second US leg of Enrique’s tour will begin on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 in El Paso Texas and continue through Friday, February 20, 2015.  For tickets and a complete list of tour dates, visit www.enriqueiglesias.com

About Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation

Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) emerged from the front yard lemonade stand of cancer patient Alexandra “Alex” Scott (1996-2004). In 2000, 4-year-old Alex announced that she wanted to hold a lemonade stand to raise money to help find a cure for all children with cancer. Since Alex held that first stand, the Foundation bearing her name has evolved into a national fundraising movement, complete with thousands of supporters across the country carrying on her legacy of hope. To date, Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, a registered 501(c)3 charity, has raised more than $80 million toward fulfilling Alex’s dream of finding a cure, funding over 450 pediatric cancer research projects nationally.
