Megan Martin first learned of Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation through her father’s involvement in The Potter Cup – an annual event held between two local middle schools benefitting the Foundation. She was living in New England at the time, but always looked forward to hearing about the event and funds raised for the inspirational organization. After years of working for various non-profits in Boston and Rhode Island, Megan returned home to the Philadelphia area to raise her young family. While enduring an erratic daily commute to a job in Montgomery County, she had the good fortune to come across the Communications Manager opportunity with ALSF. After interviewing with Liz, Jay and other ALSF staff, Megan was more impressed than ever with the Foundation and convinced that she would be an ideal fit. She was delighted to be offered the position and feels privileged to come to work each day and contribute to the goal of realizing Alex’s vision.
