A group of "aquascapers" in the Delaware Valley area has partnered with Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation to continue the fight that a very brave little girl began only a few years ago in her quest to find a cure for childhood cancer. This dedicated group is very passionate about creating serene and beautiful landscapes through the creation/installation of water features. Water is one of mankind's most precious resources, second only to our children. As a result, we are conducting our second Pond Tour to raise awareness of this most worthy cause, as well as raise funds to help find a cure for Alex's heroes!!! The Tour is appropriately named "Alex's Lemonade Pond Tour...A Pond Tour for the Cure". Alex's Lemonade Pond Tour will be held on Saturday, July 10, 2010 (rain date: Sunday,July 11, 2010). It will be conducted in the Northeastern suburbs of Philadelphia. as well as in South New Jersey. A Pond Tour is a wonderful family event. You will have the opportunity to visit some of the best water features in the Delaware Valley, knowing that your donation will be directed to help our children in need. For details about how you can make a difference, please contact: Al Lentz at 888-PONDSGO (766-3746) or email Al at allentz@lentzcaping.com. This year admission to the tour will be complimentary, though we are accepting cash donations and also would appreciate donations of goods or services that we may raffle at our end of day bash. Of course there will also be lemonade for sale at select sites along the route. We appreciate your support. The group conducting the "Tour" consists of Lentzcaping, Inc./Aqua Scapes of the Delaware Valley (Warrington, PA), Aquatic Connections by George (Trevose, PA.), Cedar Run Landscapes (North Wales, PA), James Ponds (Doylestown, PA), and Laurel Oak Garden Center (Marlton, NJ). It'll be a Tour worth taking...for Alex's sake...so, please, come join the fun!!! Thank you.

ALEX'S LEMONADE POND TOUR
Renee, go to our Fundraising Page and click on "Read Our Journal"...check out the last entry. Thank you so much for stopping by yesterday. I enjoyed it so much. It was nice to witness first hand how what we are doing can (and is) making a difference in the kids' lives. I so appreciate you taking the time to help fulfill my day yesterday, and I look forward to seeing you and your family on August 8th at The Toast the Host event where we will present our check to Liz & Jay Scott.
