Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer

Dear Friends at Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation,

We can't begin to thank you enough for your assistance in getting us to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia for Elijah's continued treatment. Because of your help with our travel needs, he has been able to receive treatment that is not available at our hospital here in Arkansas. After nearly 4 years of treatment, we reached the point where it was necessary to travel for a clinical trial and we found that most, if not all, of our resources had already been exhausted. We recently found out that the clinical trial he is currently participating in is working. We are seeing his disease burden decreasing for the first time in a great while. We could not have made this journey toward his healing without the help of Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation and the institution of the Travel Fund. We pray that this fund will continue to grow and help other families that are in similar situations - searching for a cure.
