Please take a moment to review the following guidelines which will help determine how well your company aligns with the ALSF brand. Partners that conflict with Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation’s policies, standards and positions will not be considered.

Tobacco, adult entertainment brands/establishments, political parties or political candidates, sale of products, tickets or services done solely by telephone will not be considered for partnership.
Companies that would like to work with ALSF must have been in business for a minimum one year.
Companies that require our organization to e-mail our donors/volunteers/supporters about a product or service will not be considered.
Companies must be able to provide a minimum financial commitment of $1500 to ALSF per year.

ALSF will not accept or approve any promotions or promotional materials that state “a portion of the proceeds” or any other vague statement. (Please note: The percentage or dollar amount should be based on gross sales. No costs shall be deducted from the gross sales in calculating the royalty.)
