Week Six Update-

It was our senior night last night, I walked out with my dad, mom, and sister. It was awesome but a little sad knowing that my high school season is coming to an end. We started the game up 14-0, then a couple of good drives by West Springfield the score was 14-14 going into half time. After half time the West Springfield running back started to heat up and was able to rush for 2 touchdowns. The game started to get out of hand but we rallied hard at the end and the offense got set up with a game winning drive. This was cut short after West Springfield was able to stop the offense. I snapped 9 times during the game they were all good snaps. The punt snaps are getting faster and the PAT/FG snaps are all laces. I had 5 punt snaps and went 5/5 on them, and 4/4 on PAT/FG snaps. The loss was not what we wanted on our senior night but we have to look past it and start preparing for Woodson.

Week four update-

On Friday September, 20, we played away at Gainesville High School and lost 41-13. Gainesville came out hot on both sides of the ball scoring on their first couple of drives and stopping us from scoring until the second half. We didn't give up and we scored two touchdowns in the second half. We could not get anything going, but the punt unit was great. We flipped the field on every punt and didn't let them get a good return off. I snapped the ball nine times, 7 punts and 2 pats. All my snaps were smooth and on point. I had an awesome hit on my blocker which put him on his back and also had an assisted tackle. The loss was bad but we are prepared to beat West Potomac this Friday.

Week three update-

On Friday September, 13th, We played at home against James Madison high school and we lost 37-7. The game got off to a rough start after a great kick return by them. We were shut out in the first half, but we didn't give up and we battled hard in the second but it wasn't enough. Nothing was really going our way for the entire game until too late into the game. I snapped the ball 7 times, 6 punts which were all fast and accurate, and one PAT snap that was perfect with laces out. We are not worried about the loss, and we are getting prepared for Gainesville this Friday.

Week two update-

On Friday September, 6th, we had a road win 27-6 against South Lakes High School in Reston, VA. The game was tied 6 to 6 going into half after a late field goal made by us. By the start of the second half our team was firing on all cylinders, we had a forced fumble on kick off which really set the tone for the rest of the game. We only had to punt 5 times, all of my punt snaps were very accurate and smooth! We kicked two field goals and three PAT's which were all successful. Out of all the punt snaps, I downed the ball four times and every single PAT/FG I had all laces out. We are very proud of ourselves and we are ready for James Madison on Friday September, 13th.
