Aiden and his family are close friends of our family and have been for years. This past April, after a lengthy hospital stay trying to diagnose his condition, it was determined he has leukemia. Aiden has been in great spirits through his treatment and is getting great care through the folks at Cook Children’s Hospital in Fort Worth and in conjunction with a St. Jude’s research program. The last report was positive and his blood results were in the “normal” range and most of his chemo treatments are home-based for the foreseeable future. But we continue to pray and fight alongside Aiden, as I know you all do with those who are battling cancer in your sphere.
