All proceeds from this special evening benefit the Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation and its mission to find a cure for pediatric cancer.

About the Chefs
Michael Anthony is Executive Chef of Gramercy Tavern. Mike joined Gramercy Tavern as the Executive Chef in 2006. Under his leadership, the restaurant has earned a three-star New York Times review (2007) and James Beard Awards for “Outstanding Restaurant" (2008) and “Best Chef: New York City" (2012). In 2015, Mike won the James Beard Award for “Outstanding Chef," a national recognition. His book, V is for Vegetables, won the 2015 James Beard Award for Best Vegetable-Focused Cookbook.
A leading entrepreneur and restaurateur in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Gavin Fine developed a passion for the culinary world at a young age while working for Lettuce Entertain You in Chicago. After graduating from Cornell University's Hotel and Restaurant Management School, Gavin began his journey into a successful restaurant career with a move to the awe-inspiring Tetons. Starting his career working in the kitchen of the Snake River Grill with Roger Freedman, Gavin and Roger quickly became friends and decided to open a restaurant together – Rendezvous Bistro – in 2001. After a number of years running The Bistro together, Gavin and Roger opened their second business together in 2003 (Bistro Catering). Many years later and several businesses added to what is now Fine Dining Restaurant Group, Gavin is considered a premier restaurateur of the Rocky Mountain region.
