Coaching

When you register with Team Lemon, you will have access to a race coach who can help you physically and mentally prepare for your race. 

Coaching Benefits:

  • A training plan designed by Team Lemon's Coach to prepare you for the race.
  • A training log to track your progress.
  • A personal consultation with Team Lemon’s Coach (in-person or on the phone) to discuss background, goals and schedules.
  • Lectures and workshops on various training topics.
  • Group workouts (Philadelphia area).
  • Regular training tips and motivational updates.
  • Access to the Team Lemon Coach via email or phone for questions leading up to your race and a week following your race.

Once you register for Team Lemon, an ALSF staff member will put you in touch with the Coach to get you started.

About Team Lemon’s Coach - Mary Kelley:

Mary Kelley is a Personal Trainer, Mother and All-American Triathlete. She is the Founder and Head Coach of AIM4TRI, which provides custom coaching, group workouts, swimming lessons and training plans for triathletes and runners.  Mary has authored several training articles and delivered lectures to athletes in the Philadelphia area. In her training plans, Mary favors moderate volume with high intensity, because it suits her typical athletes -- beginners and time-crunched athletes.  

Whether your goal is to complete your first triathlon, 5K, marathon or ironman, set a new personal record, learn to swim or qualify for the world championships, Coach Mary wants to help you reach every goal!
