As many of you know, Emma was diagnosed with T-Cell leukemia in summer of 2012. In honor of Emma's continued fight against leukemia, we will be participating in ALSF National Lemonade Days. Emma has received so much support from so many people as she has fought her brave battle against cancer, we want to give support to other children who are also fighters of childhood cancer. We are so very proud of her, and feel so grateful she is responding so well to her treatments and is on her way back to health.
Please consider a donation to ALSF for our lemonade stand....every little bit helps aid in childhood cancer research, goes towards a travel fund to assist families who need to travel for treatment for the child, and providing resources for all children and families as they fight childhood cancer. If you donate online, you will immediately receive a receipt for your tax deductible donation. You can also send a check to ALSF, and please reference our event ID# 110663.
Team Emma's Lemonade Stand will be hosting two lemonade stands in honor of our little fighter, Emma, and to raise funds for ALSF. Emma's sister, Allison, is a significant part of running the lemonade stands. The first stand we held on the first weekend of May. Emma stayed close by her sister, wearing her hat and mask. We managed to over $1,000 between the lemonade stand and many donations. Our next lemonade stand will be in June (during ALSF's National Lemonade Days). If you would like to make a donation, we would really appreciate it! Our goal is to raise $1,000 during National Lemonade Days. If we can raise more for this great cause, that would be even better!
Please considering making a donation and join us in helping to make a difference in the lives of children who endure and fight the life changing diagnosis of cancer. Even a small donation helps a lot! :)
