My name is Zachary Schrader-Grace and I am soon to be a BarMitzvah. Part of my studies toward being a young man and being responsible is to choose a Mitzvah project which is a charitable community project. Since my father's dad (my grandpa) is currently terminally ill with Esophageal Cancer I thought this would be a good project. I know I can't help him but if I can help children with cancer by raising funds for research then I feel I will have at least done something to help someone. Besides here online I will be setting up a lemonade stand wherever possible to educate the community about Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation and provide delicious cold lemonade. All proceeds (lemonade sold to all you thirsty folks) goes directly to the foundation. Please help me reach my goal for children's cancer research by helping me raise $5,000 or more by August 24, 2013. If I do not reach that goal by the due date, I will continue with this project until I do!
