In 2005 I was diagnosed with testicular cancer. During my 14 month treatment I spent most of my time in the hospital. My treatment had to be done in the hospital and I was usually too sick to be at home. During this time I experienced and saw many things that no matter how hard I try to I will never forget. The one thing I know I will never forget are the children I saw day in and day out going through the same thing I was, not understanding what was happening to them but they were still able to smile. I told myself when this is over and I am healthy I will do something to help those children and their families and that’s when I read about Alex and her Lemonade Stand and there was no doubt in my mind that this is what I would do.

I hosted my first Lemonade Stand in front of my house on 10/31/07 with my family and we were one of the TOP 100 STANDS for 2007. For the last seven years, we have hosted a stand and every year we have been on the Top 100 Stands list. We hope you will support our 8th annual stand, now called a Grand Stand, on 10/31/14. Please help us make the top 100 stands list AGAIN!
