Jack was diagnosed with ALL May 2013. He had a tough year consisting of chemotherapy, radiation, bone marrow biopsy's, etc. He had a Bone Marrow Transplant January 2014 from his big brother Michael. He is now leukemia free and 100% donor cells, thanks to his brave big brother! We are so excited he is doing so well and we decided we would like to give back.
