September is childhood cancer awareness month so let's GO GOLD and raise awareness and funds for research in order to find a cure. Did you know that 46 children are diagnosed with cancer a day and that 7 children will die today? Childhood cancer is the number one disease killer of children and yet it remains the least funded of all cancers receiving only 3.8% of all funding. Let's work together to change that! During the month of September, I am committing to running 100 miles in the 2014 Alex's Lemonade Stand "Million Mile Run-Walk-Ride". Every child deserves to grow up and live the life they dream of.
