September is National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. On September 20th, 2014 we will be hosting a fundraising WOD (workout of the day) in honor of all children and families who suffer from Childhood Cancer and in memory of a brave little boy, Alex.  All proceeds will be donated to Alex's Lemonade Stand. All event participants can sign up at the gym and order a t-shirt to wear the day of the WOD. Even if you cannot make it to the WOD on 9/20, please help us to fight this battle by making a donation. You can also order a t-shirt if you wish to do so.
