My preschoolers have voted and would like to donate money from our lemonade stand to our local children's hospital, Renown. After listening to Alex's Lemonade Stand, they had many questions about what cancer is. Our preschool families are blessed with healthy and strong kiddos so I would like to do my part and raise awareness that not all children are as healthy as they are. We have two nurses as mommies here at school so they see the financial burdens that cancer patient families are dealing with. We know that this is just a small step but hopefully our four year olds will learn the importance of giving to others. To those families that have a child fighting cancer, we want to help in the fight and hold you in our thoughts and prayers each day!
