August 23, 2014: The bell rang today! Some of you may know the significance of this, for those that don't, at Moffitt Cancer Center, when a patient finishes their entire treatment protocol, that patient rings the bell, whether on an inpatient floor, the clinic or the outpatient infusion centers, the bell rings and cheers go up. Marshall rang the bell today. It has been an incredibly long journey, but after 58 nights in the hospital, 42 bags of chemotherapy, 18 CT/MRI/Xrays, 10 units of blood and 1 very extensive surgery...he is done!
