Welcome to the 2nd Annual Rogers Family Lemonade Stand! Lucas, Tessa and their parents will be holding a Lemonade Stand on May 23, 2015 to help raise money for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation. Last year we were able to raise $1458 through the generosity of our friends, family, neighbors and complete strangers in our first ever #ALSF lemonade stand, and hope we can continue that success in 2015! We hope that you can help however you are able, whether through a single cup of lemonade or an online donation to this great cause. Here's how you can help:
1) Come to our lemonade stand on May 23, 2015
2) Send a donation to our house and we will include it with our lemonade stand earnings--100% of proceeds go to Alex's Lemonade Stand.
3) Purchase a "virtual" cup(s) of lemonade by making a donation to Alex's Lemonade through this webpage.
This year we are holding our stand in honor of Edie Gilger who is a faithful Junior Gamecock and through the help Alex's Lemonade Stand was able to use an experimental drug called crizotinib which has completely erased all traces of cancer. After last year's lemonade stand, we were fortunate to connect with Edie's father Nick through social media. Nick is a native of South Carolina and huge Gamecock fan who shared Edie's story with us and made us even more excited about helping kids and families just like Edie's through our lemonade stand.
