Hi everyone! Welcome to our fundraising page! This is our eighth Alex's lemonade Stand, and we're really looking forward to it. Our children have been learning about Alex, and why her parents keep working hard to raise money. As Alex's mom explained, "In 2004, when Alex was very sick, she told a reporter that her goal for her lemonade stand that year was to raise $1 million. When we asked her how she would achieve that goal, she said that if others held lemonade stands and sent in their money, the goal could be reached. She was right, and ever since then, thousands of supporters have continued to host lemonade stands to raise funds and awareness for the fight against kids’ cancer." We want to help fund research and treatment for kids with cancer, and hopefully, to find a cure.
