#41 in the 5K in 25.11 minutes and #5 in my age group. Unfortunately, my time was 8.08min/mile which meant I didn't break my 8min/mile goal, BUT I tried my best.

On June 13th I am running a 5K on the WalKway Over the Hudson in Poughkeepsie, NY. Would you please pledge a donation due when I complete this Treetops to Rooftops 5K? My pace has been improving and at my last race it was about 8.5 minutes per mile.
