On the third Saturday of July and August, we will be at the Simmons Island Beach House holding a lemonade stand fundraiser to help Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation move one step closer to finding a cure for all children with cancer. Come join us for a day at the beach and try some lemonade or one of our other treats that we'll be selling! The money you donate will pay for research to find better treatments and cures for childhood cancer. Please help kids and their families by providing desperately needed hope!

Every year, an estimated 263,000 new cases of cancer affect children under the age of 20 worldwide. That's 720 new kids affected every day. And yet, childhood cancer is vastly and consistently underfunded. Less than 5% of the federal government's total funding for cancer research is dedicated to childhood cancers each year.
Kids with cancer don't have time to wait. Your donation will go to research seeking lifesaving treatment. The money you give has the potential to make a huge difference for these kids and their families.
If you can't make it out and would still like to help, feel free to donate online or text “LEMONADE E1139586” to 85944 to make a $10 donation directly to my stand!
Alexandra "Alex" Scott, a young cancer patient, was only 4 years old when she decided to hold a lemonade stand to raise money for "her hospital," so doctors could help other kids like they'd helped her. Alex held her first stand in 2000 and continued to hold lemonade stands each year, inspiring support from her community and across the nation. Although sadly Alex passed away at the age of 8, she knew she had reached the ambitious goal of raising $1 million for childhood cancer research.
I am carrying on Alex's inspiring legacy by raising money to fight childhood cancer. As Alex's life showed, our small contributions can make a big impact.
Thanks for your support!
