We pray daily for the sick, especially for children with cancer. Dominic is the son of my childhood friend, and he is a special intention in our prayers. This is our annual event to raise awareness and fundraise for this very worthwhile cause. Only a very small amount of cancer research funding is spent on pediatric cancer research. And we are proud to contribute and try to bridge the gap. We will accept donations in person at the stand, on-line, or even by mail to our business address. We will accept donations for 2 weeks after the date of the stand. We had such a wonderful response from our friends and community last year, and I hope we can exceed our goal again this year. Thank you, everyone, for getting on board to help us fight this battle for kids like Dominic.
