Hi Everyone,

My name is Helen and I am the owner of Little Blessings Christian Daycare. We are located at 1240 Snyder Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19148. We will be holding our 1st annual Alex’s Lemonade Stand Fundraiser. You can join my staff and the children in our center by attending our event, or making a donation right to this page. The money you donate will pay for research to find better treatments and cures for childhood cancer. Please help our group reach our fundraising goal by sharing our lemonade stand date and time with your friends, family and community. Please take the time to read a little bit about our hero who we will be supporting. He is an older sibling to a little girl in our center who absolutely loves and adored her brother.

In May of 2011, Salvatore Wise was diagnosed with ALL (Acute Lymphoma Leukemia.) After 3 yrs of chemotherapy, Sal was almost done treatment. Three days before treatment wouldve been over, Sal's Leukemia had returned and was back in his bone marrow. He was first diagnosed at 10 years old and is now 14. He received Cart 19 experimental therapy in January 2015. Unfortunately it did not work for Sal and in April 2015 his cancer returned. Thankfully his sister Giavonna is a 99% match and will be donating her bone marrow so that he doesnt have to wait on the transplant donor list. After he finishes receiving another treatment called CD22, he will be receiving the bone marrow transplant. He has lost so much of his childhood and looks forward to being cancer-free and enjoying the things other kids his age enjoy. He deserves our support.
