My name is Lucas Dominica, but you can call me LuLu.  On November 7th I will subject my non-runner body to its second half marathon in my brief 28 (soon to-be 29) years of existence.  The trials and tribulations of preparing and running this race are nothing compared to the battles children diagnosed with pediatric cancer face on a daily basis.  Not to mention - the brevity of my existence, when put into perspective, may not always be considered so brief.  Instead of subjecting your body to 13.1 miles of pain and sweat - why not get out your credit card and help give back to a great cause and effort from a truly fantastic organization?  I am not asking you to fund me - I am asking you to fund research to help cure sick kids.  If you donate - I promise to send you humiliating pictures of me torturing myself throughout the race.
