I'm participating in Alex's Million Mile to help move us closer to finding a cure for all children with cancer. If you know me, you know how much I love working with kids and how much they mean to me. If you don't know me, I'm in elementary education currently as a paraprofessional in Special Education, work at an extended day school program, and spend my summers outside at camp, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Kids deserve the opportunity to live their lives and experience all of the ups and downs life throws at them...but cancer shouldn't be one of those. Please help me in any way you can: going on a run with me, donating, or just cheering me on from afar! Sometimes all kids need is a smile to keep going, and sometimes that's all I need too :).
