Thank you for visiting my page! I entered in the NYC half marathon lottery a month ago and just recently found out that all of my friends got into the race except for me. The only other option to be able to run the race was to fundraise. I was extremely scared to try and fundraise money and I didn't even know where to begin. After looking at the different charities that are a part of the NYC marathon I came across Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation. After reading about Alex and all that her foundation has done for children with cancer, I couldn't help but be inspired. While I don't personally have a child that I am running and fundraising for, I hope that our contrubtions can help in any way possible. Thank you so much for the support and any donation you make. The money you donate will pay for research to find better treatments and cures for childhood cancer.
