Welcome Lemons racers and friends! If your "racecar" is at or under 2,000cc displacement, you're in the Size-Doesn't Matter division. Over 2,000cc and you're in the Over-Compensating division. Each car entry requires a $20 donation on this page or at the track. The top finishers in each division that don't win their Lemons class or another Lemons trophy win the two Invitational classes. There wil also be an "Alex's Fighting Spirit Award," so be extra awesome to your fellow Lemons racers, or just have a really cool story to tell us by the end of the weekend about your own fighting spirit.
New this year is the "D-Spec Challenge." For just $5 you'll be entered in this race-for-extra-futility-within-a-futile-race, assuming you have 400 treadwear or worse tires. Honor system here - any crappy non-performance high treadwear all seasons from Wal-Mart or Pep Boys are D-spec. So for $25 you'll get maximum positive karma and be entered in two extra meaningless contests for the weekend. Hooray! No classes for the D-Spec Challenge. Just be the top finisher on Douglas X-Tracs or similar and you win D-Spec.
When you make your donation of $20, $25 (or more!), just put down your team name, car make/model, car #, displacement, and if you're D-spec or not. We'll take it from there. You can also give us your entry at the Alex's Lemonade Stand that will be set up near the penalty box all weekend.
