Alex's Million Mile is a challenge for all participants to walk, run, or ride one million miles over September to raise funds and awareness for childhood cancer. This funding for Alex's Lemonade Stand goes straight into research labs working on novel biology and groundbreaking therapies for childhood cancer. The medical advances made in childhood cancer treatment also expand to treatment for all cancer.
