It's ba-ack! We have officially set the date for Fionny's Annual Lemonade Stand fundraiser, benefiting Alex's Lemonade Foundation. Please join us on August 27th from 10 am -12 pm at our house at 10547 St. Paul St. in Kensington for some lemonade and cookies...all for a very important cause.

As most of you know, Fionny was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) shortly after his 4th birthday. He has been in remission for over 3 years. Fionny is a spunky 7-year-old now and nearing the end of his 3.5 years of treatment this October. We have every reason to expect that he will continue to be healthy and happy...but this is only because of the incredible pediatric cancer research that has occurred over the past few decades. Please help us raise money for Alex's Lemonade Foundation which funds pediatric cancer research so that Fionny and other kids with cancer can live long and joyous lives.

If you are local, please drop by the stand and plan to stay and play in the backyard for awhile! We'll have tunes and a sprinkler going if it's hot (it will be). If you are not local, please consider buying a cup of "virtual lemonade" by making an online donation.

This year's stand is dedicated to Uncle Bill Keeler who recently passed away as a result of cancer. Uncle Bill never missed a lemonade stand. He was one of Fionny's biggest supporters and champions. We love you, Uncle Bill!
