The only thing I want for Mother's Day is something I can't have...

Instead, I'd love for you to join us to mark the 14th Anniversary of our first Lemonade Stand in memory of Lorenzo “Enzo” Rissolo, who lost his battle with neuroblastoma in May 2004. We will gather together again this spring to celebrate the lives of those who have passed and to support those who continue to fight.

Having the Lemonade Stand on Mother's Day is a really nice way to celebrate being a mother now and then... that was one of the hardest emotions after Enzo passed away... feeling like I wasn't a "real" mother any more. Continuing to share the goodness and sweetness of Enzo helps temper this feeling.
