My name is Keith Duncan and I am the kicker for the Weddington highschool football team in Charlotte, NC. This year, I will be attempting to raise as much money and awareness as possible for pediatric cancer with the help of you and the community. When researching this topic I found that one in every four elementary schools has a child with cancer. Unfortunately, the NCI spends 96% of its budget on adult cancers and only 4% of its budget on children’s cancers. Throughout the season I hope to reach my goal of $1000 either by pledge or donations. Pledges work through the point system, which means a point is equal to the amount you wish to pledge . For example, $3 per field goal and $1 for each extra point.
